Few rules:

Booking only on this website max 96 hours in advance, no phone or WhatsApp/email

Cancellation only with 12 hours notice (in case of bad weather it is client responsibility to check the forecast 12 hours before)

Re-schedule within 3 month maximum

Do not climb the fence to get in/out (in case of damages charges will apply)
