Delivery and Refund Policy

Volleyball and Beach Volleyball classes will be delivered in the timeframe specified in the course description. Each package includes a limited number of sessions, as per the course description.

During the season, it will be possible to redeem classes in other locations (subject to availability and safety regulations).

 

Respect of the conditions of the course is very important to us for the following reasons:

• make sure people are fully committed to joining and attending the classes

• avoid as much as possible bureaucracy for us and for the family and focus on volleyball

Missed sessions cannot be redeemed or discounted from the following term registration.

 

Any cancellation or refund requests that occur after the initial 48-hour period will be processed for a 200 AED cancellation fee. Cancellations or refunds are not available within 2 weeks of the course date. However, you may transfer your course registration to future course dates or send another person to your place with advance notification.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
