Starting from today there is a new way to access volleyball training in Dubai. Instead of paying a fee, you can enjoy games and training for free.
WHAT WE ASK:

YOUR TIME: few hours a week to volunteer in our academy

YOUR SKILLS: volleyball, communication, design or volleyball
WHAT YOU GET:

Join our training for free

Play in Kite Beach for free

Join our events with special conditions / for free

Join the ladies league

Get trained on your skills by professionals
WHO CAN JOIN:

Advanced players willing to join the ladies team

Talented Girls U18 willing to join our advanced training and the league

Any other person that cannot afford a membership fee but is willing to provide support in organization/communication
TYPE OF VOLUNTEERS POSITIONS:

Assistant coach (especially for kids - also U18 are welcome)

Organization assistant (track attendance, support during events, ...)

Social Media assistant (help with the creation of contents for social media)

"When I launched Esperia Volleyball Academy, my main goal and motivation was to create a community where everybody could get involved and play volleyball regardless their skills level and their financial capabilities. As you can guess it was never easy considering the effort behind and the related costs. The volunteer project "GET IN THE GAME" that we are launching today, it is an important step in the creation of a sustainable community based on values such as integration, responsibility and caring" -

Being an expatriate in Dubai I had never realized that a club as Esperia could enrich my life so much. When joining the team I gained in real sense of community, passion, friendship, determination and of course fun! Wouldn’t wanna miss another day to play quality volleyball with the guidance of brilliant coaches, and I absolutely can’t imagine a better way to stay fit.
